The 41th Annual Christmas in Clawson Craft Show
will take place on Saturday, November 8th, 2025

General Information:

  • Advertised Time: Saturday, November 8, 2025 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Location: Clawson High School 101 John M. Avenue Clawson, Michigan 48017

  • Admission Cost: $5 Children 13 & under free

  • No Strollers

Crafter Info:

  • Lunch Service for crafters will be available the day of the show. Option to purchase lunch will be emailed closer to the event.

  • Booth sitters are available upon request during the show. 

  • Unloading and loading assistance will be provided if needed both Friday and Saturday.

​Set up:  Friday, November 7, 2025, 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm or Saturday, November 8, 2025 6:15 am - 8:30 am

 

Rules and Regulations:

Christmas In Clawson Agrees:

  •  To promote the craft show locally as well as online.

  • To furnish contracted space, reserving the right to modify requests in the best interests of the show. That each space will accommodate one 8' x 3' table, which will be provided per space, at no additional charge, upon advanced request of Crafter. Chair(s) will be provided upon request. Space location will be at the sole discretion of  Christmas in Clawson.

  • To notify crafters of their booth assignment by October 18, 2025

  • To nullify the lease agreement and refund rental fees in the event of a natural disaster (fire, flood, etc.) that makes it impossible to hold the Christmas in Clawson Craft Show .

Craft Show Exhibitors Agree:

  • That all items must be handmade and crafted by the exhibitor who is also required to be at the show personally. Non-compliance with this lease term could result in elimination of the crafter from the show or cancellation of their placement.

  • All Crafters are required to provide a craft item with a minimum value of Twenty Dollar ($20.00) for the Event Raffle or pay a Twenty Dollar ($20.00) donation dropped off during set-up time before the show in the  Clawson High School Media Center.

  • That objectionable items will be removed at the request of the Christmas in Clawson. Crafter will not exhibit any other items than those which it has been handmade,  juried for and as described in its application. No materials may be adhered to walls including display items, tape, glue strips or other adhesives of any type. All displays must remain in the designated 10x10 or 12x5 area as assigned. 

  • Collection of sales taxes will be the sole responsibility of the Crafter.

  • That your assigned booth will be occupied by 8:30 AM on November 8, 2025 or it may be forfeited with no refund and to remain at the show and not begin dismantling the booth until 4 pm on November 8, 2025. Crafters must supply their own covering for the 8' x 3' table. 

  • To not sublet or apportion space to anyone else. This includes selling another crafters product line, allowing another crafter to share your booth or any other related activity.

  •  That after unloading, all vehicles/vans/trailers of a crafter and their personnel will be moved to an assigned parking area. If Crafter does not participate in parking off-campus and chooses to keep their vehicle at the school parking lots they may not be welcomed back the following year and may be subject to a $100.00 fee. If you are unable to ride the Shuttle Bus, please let us know. All trailers and oversized vehicles must be parked in the DPW lot or will be ticketed. 

  • To vacate the booth, clean and dispose of all trash by 5PM on November 8, 2025. Results of defacing, damaging or moving items in the booth space, the exhibitor will pay for any repairs due to this said damage or injury caused by the exhibitor.  The exhibitor will also keep the booth area clear of debris, obstructions or other hazards that might result in injury to the public.

  • That this application is a commitment to the show and that cancellations received after October 1, 2025 will not be refunded.

  • There will be an additional Five Dollar ($5.00) charge for use of electricity. Crafters shall provide their own long, heavy-duty extension cord.

  • That crafters found in violation of these rules and regulations may have their exhibit removed from the current show and/or be excluded from future shows at the sole discretion of Christmas in Clawson.

Raffle Donation
I will provide an item of $20 value to the raffle on the morning of the show
I will pay $20 in cash, in lieu of donation the morning of the show

As a condition of my participating in the Christmas in Clawson Craft Show, I agree to bear all risk and expense and to hold harmless and indemnify Christmas in Clawson and Clawson Public Schools for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork or other personal property, or injury to my person, regardless of cause.


I agree that each item displayed will be my unique and original artwork, and to abide by all the rules and regulations set.


Booth location is at the sole discretion of Christmas in Clawson. We cannot guarantee booth requests but will do our best to accommodate.
