Welcome Crafters!
Christmas in Clawson is a juried craft show, which means we only accept vendors who have hand-crafted the goods they wish to sell. If you are interested in being part of our 2024 show, please use the form below to apply. If your application is accepted, an invoice will be sent for payment.
Important Information
-
Crafting applications are considered on a first-come first-served basis, and space is not guaranteed until payment is submitted and the application is approved.

-
All items must be handmade arts and crafts, or media created by the artist or author present, or similar. We may approve baked goods and other food items. No commercially-produced items are allowed.

-
Items for sale must be appropriate to display in a K-12 school, and crafters must remove from display and sale any items deemed objectionable.

-
Booth spaces are approximately 12'x5' (hallways) and 10'x10' (gym/cafeteria). For safety and traffic reasons, space sizes may vary slightly, and restrictions may be in place for how tables and displays can be arranged in a space.

-
One uncovered 8'x3' folding table and one chair will be provided, per space. Additional tables and chairs can be requested for a nominal fee. Crafters may bring and set up their own tables, chairs, and display furniture. Please ensure that furniture items are safe, stable, and will not damage floors. Crafters will be liable for damages to the school caused by their items.

-
The fee for a booth space is $90.00. Crafters are limited to a maximum of three spaces.

-
All crafters are required to donate a handmade item (valued at $20.00) to our raffle. This can be an excellent way to promote a booth - be creative and try to incorporate a business card or other advertising. Ensure raffle donations are turned in at the raffle table or volunteer center before the show. Crafters who choose not to donate must pay an additional fee of $20.00.

-
Access to an electrical outlet is available for a $5.00 fee. If opting for electrical access, crafters must provide their own long, heavy-duty extension cord.

-
Crafters are required to park off-campus during the show so we can ensure sufficient parking for customers. All crafters must remove their vehicles from the parking lots before 8:30am. Those found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to a $100.00 fine.

-
Set-up may be done the evening before the show (6pm to 8pm), or the morning of the show (6:15am and 8:15am). Crafters not set up before 8:30am will forfeit their space.

-
Volunteers will be on hand to assist with unloading and loading. Crafters who accept this assistance must agree to hold Christmas in Clawson harmless from any and all damage which might occur as a result of such assistance. Booth sitters will be available during the show. Please be kind to our volunteers.

-
Crafters are required to remain open for the entire length of the show, as customers tend to leave when they see crafters packing up. Any crafter who leaves early will not be invited back.

-
Crafters may not hold their own raffles, conduct mobile/foot sales, or sub-lease their space.

-
Christmas in Clawson maintains an official Facebook page and creates an official Facebook event each year. Crafters are encouraged to post and share the event, but are asked to not duplicate or create their own event.

-
Christmas in Clawson is not responsible for fire, theft, injury or legal action which might arise on the premises during the event and related activities. Participants are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the event.

-
Once an application is approved, there will be no refunds for cancelation, except at the sole discretion of Christmas in Clawson. If a crafter must cancel, they are encouraged to do so with as much notice as possible.

-
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on campus. This includes outdoor spaces such as courtyards, entrance areas, and parking lots.
